You can use the poison in this vial to coat one slashing or piercing weapon or up to three pieces of ammunition. Applying the poison takes an action. Once applied, the poison retains potency for 1 minute before drying. A creature subjected to this poison must succeed on a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or waste a 2nd-level spell slot, if the target has no spell slots of this level a lower level spell slot is consumed instead, the target also loses concentration on any spell they are concentrating on.

Creation of these items requires the ingredients listed, 2 hours of work and 24 hours of brewing (unattended). Any of the ingredients listed can also be combined with weaker magicka poison ingredients to create a weaker magicka poison.
