Ring
Very Rare Requires At least 16 Cha Requires Attunement
This ring was once blursed by a god of lust but its magic has begun to change after prolonged exposure to a powerful vampire. A recent encounter with the lust gods power has altered it(see parts in bold).
While attuned to this ring, it will softly call out to be used from time to time. Additionaly, the ring's effectes can't be detected by those not attuned to it.
As a free action, the wearer can activate this ring to gain advantage on all Charisma-related rolls. If you already have advantage on a charisma roll, roll 3d20 and take the highest. They must also make a DC 12* wisdom save, triggering the curse on a fail. Each time the curse is avoided, the DC increases by 6. Triggering the curse resets the DC to 12.
While active, the ring casts an illusion that changes the wearer's appearance to look as though they were wearing a strappy leather bodysuit while quietly playing horny rock. Once active the ring's positive effects last for 1 minute.
Curse of Enticement.
The ring corrupts the mind of the wearer, granting them a dark desire, lowering their inhibitions, and compeling them to corrupt others in addition to the normal benefits of the ring. The wearer can entice a target creature of their choice per turn, by making a Persuasion check contested by the target's own wisdom save. The targets must be able to hear them and understand the language you are speaking. Enticed creatures follow the wearer's orders and gain the same dark desire. They can repeat the wisdom save any time they take damage. The curse lasts up to an hour, decreasing by 10 minutes for each creature corrupted by the wearer.
