Jackalwere

Regeneration: While in jackal form, the jackalwere regenerates 1hp/10min. This increases to 1d4/10min at level 3 and 1d6/10min at lvl 5. If the jackalwere takes damage from magical or non-magical silvered weapons, it cannot use this feature until it finished a long rest.   Shapechanger: The jackalwere can use its action to polymorph into a specific Medium human or a jackal-humanoid hybrid, or back into its true form (that of a small jackal). The stress of maintaining human form takes its toll on the jackalwere. The jackalwere is unable to regenerate and suffers 1hp of damage per 10min spent in human form. The jackalwere is unable to regenerate while in hybrid form.   Natural liar: A jackalwere is born to lie and perceptive creatures might notice it wincing in pain when it speaks the truth. The jackalwere takes 1hp of damage each time it tells an outright truth.   Pack Tactics: The jackalwere has advantage on an attack against a creature if at least one of the jackalwere's allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated. Before this feature can be used, the jackalwere must spend time training new allies to fight as a pack.   Keen Hearing and Smell: The jackalwere has advantage on Wisdom (perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.   Sleep Gaze: The jackalwere gazes at one creature it can see within 30 feet of it. The target must make a Wisdom saving throw. The DC for this saving throw equals 8 + your Charisma modifier + your proficiency bonus. On a failed save, the target succumbs to a magical slumber, falling unconscious for 10 minutes or until someone uses an action to shake the target awake. A creature that successfully saves against the effect is immune to the jackalwere's gaze for the next 24 hours. Undead and creatures immune to being charmed aren't affected by it.
