Bardic. You can use Charisma as the modifier for this weapon.

Runic. You can use this item as a Spellcasting focus.

Scatter. Roll to hit against the ACs of all objects within a cone, rather than attacking a single target.

DOOT. you can cast a variant of Thunderwave at 1st level without expending a spell slot.

This variant differs in that, the affected area is a 30-foot cone.
