Description

A crude necklace made up of thirteen human knucklebones on a string.

Properties

This Morgathic artifact has two magical properties.

Spell Enhancement

Grants a Cleric of Morgath or a Warlock of one of his minions a +1 to their magical attack adjustment and increases the modifier to the DC of their spells by 1.

Steal Luck

As a bonus action, the user steals luck from a living creature he can view within 60ft. Until the start of his next turn, the target suffers a d4 penalty to all attack rolls, ability checks, and saving throws while the user gains a 1d4 bonus to the same checks.

The necklace has 13 charges, and after each use, one of the knucklebones darkens in color. The necklace is recharge during one of the Morgathic Degrees of Nyardath ceremonies, which include a human sacrifice.
