Description

The animal targets take 4d10 Necrotic Damage while plants and water-based creatures take 6d10 Necrotic damage.

The target may make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw for half damage.

The amulet has 3 charges and regains 1 charge at midnight.

Useable by Wizard, Druid or Cleric of Morgath.
