Generic, Text: Official Communique Regarding Archival of Restricted Artifacts at Cintronel Museum

After review in Privy Council, your request to Archive restricted artifacts categorized as Artifacts featuring magical properties and/or characteristics has received conditional approval.

This approval is subject to the following requirements. Failure to adhere to these requirements may result in the approval being rescinded without possibility of restoration.

1. A written archival record for each artifact must be kept on file at the Cintronel, with a copy on file at the Civil Offices.


2. Artifacts featuring magical properties and/or characteristics must be stored separately from other items in the Cintronel's archives.


3. Artifacts featuring magical properties and/or characteristics must be stored in a secure area equipped with anti-magic countermeasures.


4. Lists of individuals with access to the secure area must be kept on file at the Cintronel, at the Masters' Institute, at the Temple of Waukeen, and at the Civil Offices.


5. Artifacts featuring magical properties and/or characteristics associated with magical disciplines deemed unfit for society by the Masters' Institute shall be quarantined in a separate location within the Cintronel's archives, with additional countermeasures in place as set forth by the Magical Safety Decree.


6. Aforementioned anti-magic countermeasures shall be put in place by a licensed anti-magic professional at the Cintronel's expense. Proof of countermeasures shall be filed with the Masters' Institute, the Temple of Waukeen, and the Civil Offices within 30 days.


7. Separate approval from Bishop Navarr is required. This approval must be filed with the Masters' Institute, the Temple of Waukeen, and the Civil Offices within 30 days.
