Depending on the words used in the response, the spell has either the Apples or Bees effect.
If no response is given, or the response contains both words, Flip a coin. Heads for apples.  

Apples

Summon 1 baked apple in an unoccupied space you can see within range. It is rather tasty but otherwise completely mundane. You also gain one temporary level-1 spell slot. This spell slot is lost when you take a long or short rest.  

Bees

Summon a Swarm of Wasps in an unoccupied space you can see within range. Roll initiative for the swarm.
The swarm disappears when they drop to 0 hit points or when the spell ends. The swarm is friendly to you and your companions.
They obey any verbal command you give (no action required by you). If you don’t issue any commands to them, they will defend themselves from hostile creatures, but otherwise, take no actions.
