  • Bildrath Cantemir
    Owner of Bildrath's Mercantile in the Village of Barovia. When we met him, he hid his balding head under a bandana and his over priced goods behind his toothy grin.
  • Father Donavich
    Doru’s arrival at the church a year ago broke something inside of Donavich. He locked his monstrous son away in the church’s undercroft and set about praying for a miracle. After many fruitless prayer sessions, Donavich’s mind finally cracked under the pressure and he asked the party to 'end his son's screams'.
  • Father Lucian
    A priest of the Nightmother that runs St. Andral's church. The Outlander's met with him and asked him to keep Ireena safe from Strahd's influence, which he agreed to but explained the bones that keep the church safe were stolen.
  • Fourth Sister of Bonegrinder Mill
    Katarina said she had 3 sisters, but you've only met one. What could their names be and why did they stay in seclusion?
  • Gadof Blinsky
    A jovial man who believes in the Burgomaster's ideal that "ALL WILL BE WELL". The party met him in his shop where he sold them a number of macabre toys, which he believed to be fun and 'hyppsy' things. He had a pet monkey, which he told the party he received from Rudolph.
  • Henrik Van Der Voort
    Old, lonely man that runs the coffin shop in town. He seems to be the one that orchestrated the theft of St. Andral's bones from the church. The party confronted him in his home/shop before engaging with vampire spawn in his storage area.
  • Ireena Kolyana
    A bronze skinned beauty that sticks out in the muck that is Barovia. Her auburn hair once flowed down to her lower back before it was cut to help disguise herself in your party. You were tasked with bringing her to Vallaki or Krezek to avoid Strahd's attention, as he's already visited her twice. You feel like you've seen her before in a dream...
  • Ismark Kolyana
    A friendly man, met in the "Blood on The Vine" tavern in the Barovian tavern. He offered your party a drink and some company, answering as many questions as he cold. He introduced himself as the son of the Burgomaster and asked if you would be willing to secret his sister away to safety from Strahd, as he fears for her life.
  • Ivana
    You met this old lady on the road from Barovia to Vallaki, just outside Old Bonegrinder Mill. She told you she lived alone with her sisters, who had turned the old mill into a small farm where they make meat pies to sell in Barovia. After buying what was left of her stock and offering to help her with her cart, she offered the party access to the barn for the night to keep them safe from dangers on the road, but she seemed nervous and freighted of the party.
  • Izek
    The party saw him removing old flyers and replacing them with new ones in the Town Square, when Earl caught wind of this terrible thoughts. They later learned that he is a frequent shopper at Blinsky toys, where he has commissioned the same doll be made slightly different each time.
  • Katarina
    An old woman that the party met after spending the night in a barn outside of Old Bonegrinder Mill. She took Fidget to wash up after some convincing but seemed to be in a hurry to rush the party along.
  • Mad Mary
    A sad, tormented woman who seems to have lost her daughter. She was the first person the party met in Barovia and she offered her home to the party to shelter them from the night. Her daughter, Gertrude, has been missing for a few days now and she has given the party her favorite doll in case it helps to find her.
  • Madam Eva
    A mysterious Vistani fortune teller that saw right through the disguise of Ireena upon their first meeting. She explained to the party their plight and told them that her role in their story was that of an observer. She revealed 3 powerful magical items that would be crucial to the defeat of Strahd, and gave clues on where they could be found; as well as an alley and where this final confrontation should take place.
  • Parriwimple Cantemir
    Parriwimple Cantemir is the hulking but dim-witted stockboy of Bildrath’s Mercantile in Barovia. His is large and been armed to the teeth with adventuring gear.
  • Rudolph The Magnificent
    Elf bard who seems to be the life of the party. He said he arrived 6 months ago, looking for new additions to his traveling circus, but now is unable to leave. After a quick jaunt outside of town he decided Vallaki wasn't so bad after all.
  • Stanimer
    The leader of the Vistani at Daggerfold. He has some strange powers and has asked you to save his poor cursed lord. Can he be trusted?
  • Strhad Von Zarovich
    A tall, handsome figure that seems to have some awesome power. He was described as a cursed hero in need of rescuing, but upon your first meeting he seemed to want to 'test' you.
  • Third Sister of Bonegrinder Mill
    Katarina said she had 3 sisters, but you've only met one. What could their names be and why did they stay in seclusion?
  • Urwin Martikov
    Middle-aged proprietor of The Blue Water Inn, in Vallaki. He met with the party when the arrived in the town, offered them some rooms and gave them some information about the town. He has also offered free rooms for the length of their stay if the Outlanders can find out what happened with their wine shipments.
  • Vadu
    A Vistani said to be with the camp outside of Vallaki. Rumor has it he sells potions that one could take to protect them from the Mist and escape Barovia for 200 gold.
