Session 1: A crowded Bazaar
General Summary
Our party of adventurers found each other in the crowded market district of Marquadesh. Fowler Doak, the young ranger from Myrthalaa was selling furs and animal pelts when a street urchin made an attempt on his hard-earned coin. With some help from the wanderer, Seth, the urchin was apprehended and the adventurers, now grouped under a common goal, decided to get some dinner. They learned of the caravan troubles plaguing the construction of the Stormtower, and decided to find the missing supply master Drouvald Simeon, who was hiding and drowning his angst at the local tavern in the shanty town. Drouvald explained that he had been double-crossed by the caravan master who had been shipping a load of Etherium from Liyanor. The parted offered to help him retrieve it, and after some supplying left for the desert. They first encountered a strange robed man wearing a turban, who said he was on a personal journey through the desert. He offered them the gift of nourishment, as he had no information regarding the caravan. They encountered the dying squalid shortly afterwards, and after some fruitless attempts at saving it, Fowler decided to ends it misery to the dismay of Seth and Fenrian. The party arrived at the abandoned hut, where they fought the dust mephits and some vultures. Afterwards they constructed a shelter inside the hut, after burying the dead man Jonkal, and reading his journal.
Rewards Granted
The party received a down payment of 50 gold from Drouvald, and he agreed to pay them another 100 upon returning with the caravan.
