Hero's Log

Previously on the short straws After a 5 day wait, Dark Mark showed up at the Board to talk business over waffles about stolen runes in a warehouse out west. However, before any business could be discussed a series of coughs and sneezes led to a series of violent altercations.   Hard swings, hard misses, and hard feelings were had.   But it all came to an end with a confident finisher outside the resteraunt.   After masterful negotiating and cashing in their captured would-be collaborator at the casino, the team used their spoils to add a rune of potency to a waffleiron.   Tricksters trove was coming to a close, but before it came to a close, Cool Esper was challenged to finish business he had with a mare in Kaledai   The party set out to board the train south, but not without a quick pitstop in the station square where nessy downed a potions sellers entire stock of date rape tonic.   The shady salespony tried to sneak onto the train but was apprehended by Hero Protagonist. By some miracle, the two werent detained but instead shoved into the lower class cart.   I guess you could say they really got... railroaded.   Meanwhile in the middle class cart, Cool esper spent his time on the train trying to get laid but instead recieved an upgrade on the partys train pass.   Will his luck be better in Kaledai?   Find out next week on short strawz
