Session 105: Doppelgangers & Discomfort
General Summary
On his way back to the Wilmont-Burke estate Jinn was kidnapped by a local doppelganger. The elf was unceremoniously shoved in a crate in a Jarrow warehose while
Mingle assumed the rogue's persona. The doppelganger, not quite aware of the importance of the persona he'd adopted, made his way to meet up with the Dragon Punchers to have supper and then rob the estate.
Things did not go according to plan.
Mingle quickly realized that he was in over his head. After a harrowing dinner he slipped out of the mansion and back into the city. Jinn's ring, however, allowed Bart to quickly locate the doppelganger. Realizing that something was amiss, Bart extracted a confession from the imposter. The group quickly went to collect their missing comrade.
With the true Jinn accounted for, the Dragon Punchers decided that Mingle would best be rehabilitated by serving under
Esper Sherman. The doppelganger's skills would be invaluable for intelligence gathering, and Esper would be certain to scare him into an honest life.
