Session 136: Damp & Deceased
General Summary
Passing through the undersea tunnels Bart, Micah, and Chari emerged into a network of caves. Whether through magic or natural means, the caves were not filled with water and the party was able to breathe relatively freely. The damp entrance held an assortment of bones on a shelf of rock, which the Dragon Punchers quickly learned were the remains left by a territorial mandragora. Its wails could be heard throughout the cavern as it fell upon the group. It seemed an ill-omen for things to come.
The presence of mandragora put the Dragon Punchers on edge, as such creatures could only spawn in places tainted by great evil. They proceeded with caution and were able to successfully ambush horrible drowned undead abominations in their lair. However, rather than proceed further they elected to find a way to have Jinn join them. The caves were more dangerous they imagined, and the rogue was probably enjoying the Tandarran bars a bit too much, anyway.
