Session 94: Fractures & Filaments

General Summary

  The Dragon Punchers and their allies, after calculated planning and preparations, sprung their assault upon the Weaverworm and her brood. Hawthorne Sandalwood and Gnani Bhekar set enemies ablaze. Empowered by Bart's divine magic, Jinn struck at the creature's weak points. Amidst the chaos, Micah and Chari attempted to sunder the crystal.   Once the final blow was dealt, and the Weaverworm had fallen, the group began the process of removing the dragon scale from the crystal. During the procedure Micah slipped into the leyline, but was able to prevent the scale from falling in. To his consternation, the young gentleman quickly mutated under the effects of the raw magical energies. His skin became scaly and lizard-like, colors shifting over its rough surface.   With the scale secured, Chari attempted to heal the leyline using her gifts from Avandra. The results were unexpected.
