Into the Mad Cleric's Crypt Report

General Summary

Following Branch's swift recovery, our heroes race towards the Orzhov Basilica in search for the lost reliquary. However, during their covert attempt to infiltrate the basilica, the adventurers were spotted by the guards and attacked on sight.   While defending her comrades against the oncoming defenses of the Orzhov, Kira accidentally slew a young member of the clergy. Wracked with grief, Kira stays strong and continues on.   After rushing into the hidden tunnels under the basilica, the party was let out unto the sewers. Following various clues, they arrived at the lost reliquary where they were greeted by a stone snake. This serpent offered the party assistance in navigating the reliquary, if they answered his riddle.   The party deftly solved the riddle and went deeper into the reliquary. On the lower levels, they met traps, puzzles, riches, and monsters.   After solving a puzzle involving a snake pit the party was led into a corridor. Peering through the dimly lit hallway, the party could make out the appearance of dead Orzhov soldiers. Upon closer inspection they were  revealed to be undead and attacked the party.
