Escape from Cania Report
General Summary
Our heroes bravely faced the biting cold of Cania and its fiendish inhabitants in their attempts to find the source of the mysterious bronze swords and a way back to Ravnica. Inside the laboratory they found out that a mysterious blood was used in the creation of the swords. While sleuthing about the infernal factory, our adventurers were able to befriend a sarcastic and nihilistic devil whom the party calls: "Nun-ya". Delving deeper into the laboratory, they find riches, a mimic, information and also a great shadowy dragon that attacks the party on sight. They party quickly observed that the dragon was being controlled by a sort of arcane collar. In an attempt to free the dragon from its chains, Branch valiantly sacrificed her life to save Caspian. At the end of the encounter, the dragon was freed and began to destroy his captors, giving the party a chance to escape. The adventurers finally escaped Hell and immediately began to search for a priest to bring back their fallen comrade. After spending a large sum of money, the party was reunited with Branch. Following their return, the party was summoned by Lavinia, who hurriedly assigned them to travel to a tomb deep below Ravnica in search of a rumored magical artifact that can reveal true magic.
