Session 42: The Banshee Mini session Report

General Summary

This session consisted mainly of the battle between Astara, Senra and the Banshee (Enora d'Phiarlan, Astara's grandmother) and Zane's team. Setting themselves strategically, Senra, disguised as a merchant, stood at the center of the road while the rest were in hiding. Hearing the wails in the back, they braced for the coming of the ghastly form. Approaching, she arrived and gave her Banshee wail, with both Senra and Astara in range. Both failed their save and fell.   The group distracted them and Amaya brought Astara back, who then extended the courtesy to Senra, before making quick work of the ghost form. Still, as she dissipated, an air of recognition crossed her, as she looked to Astara, revealing that there was a memory of her and Twig's crib found barren. What this means exactly, is up for interpretation.   Done with their part and wanting distance, the girls didn't stick around to talk, with Astara turning into a horse and Senra riding her at full speed to make it to Wroat, to meet the others at the inn.   END SESSION
