The New Plains

With the mists rescinded even further, we have a number of new locations to look out, the first of which are the plains southeast of the Djinni Desert.   It's been a month now, and we're more than rested enough to continue our exploration towards.. Well. Yggdrasil. That's what we're all here for, isn't it? So see what those plains are like.   Good luck, Dragons' Wings!

The World Of Aden is an illustrious one, and is where our story takes place. The vast majority of Aden is comprised of what is called “The main-land”, a near Pangea-like continent of which many empires find their rest at, with few islands and lesser countries around it. For the longest time, it was assumed that was the entire known world, save for a mysterious blot in the ocean that was filled with insurmountable magical mist that would just transport any “invading” ships from one side to the other with no breaks inbetween. That is, until, the mists cleared and Ysgard was seen within…

The Blue Star Empire was the first to try to establish a settlement on the island, and Holmond was formed, but just as soon as they were getting their foot in the door, the town went silent, and scouting ships observed from the shore the choked ruins of Holmond, strangled by large roots and overrun with strange beasts.

Terrified, with some of the sailors even shouting that the crescent-moon mountain formation was a curse, Blue Star Empire retreated for the island for a short time, but.. consumed by their need for expansion and resources, they opted to try again. And Try again they did, with the newly established port town of Stokra to the northwest

Stokra is approaching its 5th anniversary now, having been established by important figures in the Blue Star Empire for a while; it finally opens its (port) doors to adventurers of any and all Kingdoms on the mainland, no matter their allegiance, and ships upon ships are making their way to the meager port-town in seek of treasure, answers, glory, power, and everything inbetween.

Taking advantage of this, the Guild of Dragons Wings was quickly established as the only known official Adventurer’s Guild on the island, and it is there where our new adventurers take up residence and employment, taking on the jobs of both Stokra’s civilians, and Stokra’s leaders. Whether it’s protecting a farm or claiming land in the name of the Blue Star Empire, Dragons Wings is willing to do it all, for the right incentive of course.
