Chapter 3: Verse 8: We are Falan behind Report

General Summary

After the events of the morning, the Guardians took time to put to rest the people who were killed in the small hamlet town. Without much more to go on, they continued southeast towards Dryenna. With Bumble taking the reins of 'Captain', he steered the ShipFaced forward and hoping to put space between the hamlet and the party after the traumatic events that took place. The airship took off into the horizon, leaving the body of Zero right where it fell.   During the night, the party came across a bonfire in the middle of the woods with a small circle of undead skeletons dancing around it. Amongst them was a human male who was cheering and excited as his creations danced around them. The Guardians took action and moved in to see what was going on. Upon arriving, they met the human male whose name was Bryan. He explained that he was celebrating the new discovery he made about how his spell to raise skeletons has been altered on a universal level. Usually the magic required the caster to re-cast the spell every day in order to maintain control but for an unknown reason the skeletons have been listening to every command and the cast of the spell feels much different. The party talk Bryan out of his use of the skeletons and he dispels the whole group except his one licensed undead that he has been given from the Alabaster Lyceum. This uncovered a new problem amongst the world that the party may or may not have to directly put a stop to. After the pleasant conversation with Bryan and his world of not using more undead beyond his license limit, the party continues forward.   The party the next day arrives in the small town of Stillen where their stopping at the local tavern has introduced them to Alexander, a cleric/paladin who has an extreme hatred for undead of any kind. The party, without even asking him, already accepted him into their ranks and he agreed to the proposal in the end.   With a new party member and their journey getting underway with a new positive flow, the Guardians continued forward in their search for the ruins of a Cobalt Soul library.
