Chasing the Dragon pt. 2 Report
General Summary
The Scions' army was victorious at Bridgetown, defeating the besieging army of the Black Brigade and only losing one unit of longbowmen. The party can now build fortifications in Bridgetown, hindering espionage and communications for the Black Brigade if they attempt to use any river crossings. The Scions also reached an agreement with Abraxis - Monterra will provide him with a steady supply of booze, and he will stop raiding the town. The party also agrees to let the Thunder Kobolds play in Monterra, even though Claudius doesn't think that's the greatest idea. Upon returning to Monterra the party learns that Captain Gallus has escaped and most likely returned to the Black Brigade. A trade caravan was attacked by goblins and kobolds, most likely from the Brotherhood. Elven archers and cavalry can now be recruited into the Scions' army. Anton deciphered the astral coordinates in the note from Master Bruce, and the scholars at the University were able to figure out how to better control the Staff of Shifting Worlds. The party should be able to transport themselves to Master Bruce's coordinates.
