Showdown with Trogdor Report

General Summary

The Scions return victorious, having rescued the Krom Krushers from the Black Brigade.  However, Monterra is preparing for invasion and Claudius, Pullo, Wanda, and Magda debate how to best prepare for Trogdor's imminent attack.  Claudius thinks about asking the Senate for legions to reinforce the city, but that idea is shot down, as any response would take far too long to reach the city.  Salem appears, telling his apawstles not to despair, nobody is going to take over his city.  The Scions decide to fight.   Syllin appears on the battlefield, clad in blood red armor and riding a pale horse.  The Scions refuse to join the Brotherhood, and Syllin promises to personally take the heads of Rayuuv and Wanda.  The orcs and hobgoblins form into their company ranks and the battle begins, led by none other than Trogdor himself.   The Scions' army puts up a valiant defense, but their walls fall to the fires of Trogdor's burnination and the cunning of goblin sappers.  As gaps appear in Monterra's walls, the Brotherhood's army begins to pour into the city intent on pillage and burnination....
