General Summary

The party found themselves in the Clown Dimension, and fought the vile Dr. Rockso.  Not only was Rockso defeated, the party managed to free the restless spirits of a band known as Dethklok.     The party returned to Monterra, and figured out that the Eye of Kassandra, the ancient lighthouse just off the coast of the city, is actually an active planar gate.  How it works or how to attune it will require research.   There are four things vying for the party's attention: 1. Rebuilding the city's defenses 2. Figuring out how the Staff of Shifting Worlds Works 3. Finding the Black Brigade's hideout 4. Dealing with the blue dragon who raided the port
