Session 60: Depths of White Plume Mountain Report

General Summary

Following Muertio's Finger of Death, Bubbles slices at the Beholder Zombie thrice, missing once. Mystan summons a Spiritual Weapon, using that and Duskcrusher to attack Muertio. Muertio retaliates with a Lesser Drain Life, and Seklyn runs up to punch the mage and hit them with lightning breath.

Muertio then downs Mystan with Chain Lightning, greviously injuring everyone else. The mage fails to use Vampiric Touch on Seklyn, and then Virion drops Disitingrate on Muertio. Muertio immediately collapses into a pile of dust, his book, staff, and cloak falling onto the ground. Bubbles stabs the Beholder, Seklyn then runs over and punches it through the eye, killing it.

Virion then runs over to check on Mystan, tending to his wounds. Selina uses her Tankard of Plenty to make a healing potion to bring Mystan back up.

They short rest with Prayer of Healing and look through all the stuff. Virion finds a skin-covered book, a staff, and a cloak. They then march the prisoners upstairs and meet with Gomez, taking them outside only to find the Sea Ghost.

      Mystan gives Erresh Shield of Faith as the knight leads the other freedmen and prisoners up to the surface.
