Proprietor of the Purple Dragon Tavern she is protective of her establishment and her patrons. She is a survivor with a wry-wit who worked her way up from the streets to own her own business.
Elspeth
A quirky acolyte of Anu and ward of Valia who loves to read and research history and the arcane.
Grez
A weary looking dwarf and fatherly leader of the local Syndicate cell in southwestern Traitor's Home.
Khasos
The owner and proprietor of the Inn of the Last Call, Khasos also serves as the plaza's de-facto leader. He seems to know everyone in the plaza and has a complicated past.
Luna
The hauntingly beautiful and light-hearted Eladrin roost-keeper of the Inn of the Last Call.
Lady Winter Khai-Aldra
Elegant and graceful but extremely superficial and transactional in nature. She seeks to climb the social ladders even higher and cares not for the lower rabble she exploits.
