The City of Steam

A city hangs in the sky over the sea, covered in wheels turning endlessly and filled with chimneys pouring out steam making a cloud around the metropolis. The oddly perfectly straight streets stretch across the entire city, and one street could take you from shining buildings surrounded by soil past desert pyramids and domed theatres and reaching spires to simple square buildings stacked precariously atop one another. This is Industria, home to intrigue, monopolization, and rebellion. However, amidst these traits there are still those who would stand up to the injustice, heroes of legend and sacrifice. These are not those people, but Lazuli, Bootius, and Stone will try their darn best to survive in the City of Steam.
