Interlude Report

General Summary

The group escorted the citizens back to Taki Hoshi where they began settling back in. They began repairs and training and Rei eventually arrived in the city to bring them back to Abe no Seimei. Arriving in Abe no Seimei, Vuzath went to the Hall of Healing to have his paranoia cured, but wasn't satisfied with the four day treatment. Instead, he approached Ayaka and asked her remove a part of his brain. Rei intervened, and things escalated until Mifune had to step in. Another War Council was held and information was shared. The group told the others about the liberation of Taki Hoshi, and Pietdidro reported that after approaching Suzuha and asking her to evacuate the city, Agito has been sitting in the dessert by himself. Rei also made a point to ask the group to retrieve any Ofuda paper from her shop in Hayakawa the next time they go there. Azekura also informed Genji that as a reward for defeating Setsuna, he would resurrect either Chidori or Yuuna. During the meeting, Mifune received an Oracle, and Saw a vision regarding the arrival of She Who Invites. Ideas were tossed around and eventually it was decided that the group would seek out Sutoku Tenno, one of the three great evil Yokai in search of knowledge about She Who Invites and Sealing Methods. After the meeting, the group went to the Archives and began researching. Genji learned about the Abyss, a parallel plane of existence inhabited by evil, vile creatures. Vuzath learned a little bit more about Kyotouryu and the counters that exist for them. Benkei learned that the art of Sealing is lost, for the most part and that Sutoku Tenno could be in either Tochigi Forest or the Jukai.
