Session II - A Inquiring Orb - 4th of Tulth

General Summary

o You all had been tasked with finding a strange object by Copperscale. It being hidden in a cave within the Elshaw forest. You all had found your way to this cave, and began your exploration. Battling your way through kobolds, you made your way deeper. Along the way, finding various texts on the walls, and many references to the deity Cyarath. Soon, you found yourselves in the deepest chamber, and after slaying the last of the kobolds, found yourselves in a puzzle. Upon messing with the puzzle however, three skeletons rose from the ground, eventually being slain by pouring holy water into a basin. Afterwards, you had found it. A 1 inch diameter golden sphere, covered in etchings of magical runes and a strange dialect. Soon after rising back above. On your way back to the Pelfres, you were invited to join a small sprite festival. During which, many of you all received small gifts. The next day, you reached Pelfres. Before speaking with Gathren, some of you visited the local smith, while others investigated the sphere. Eventually, you spoke to Gathren, and were surprised to see four other men with him. You all tried to play your cards and get more out of the situation, but the additional men did not like what you were proposing. As tensions began to rise, we ended with Nayr casting command on one of the men.
