Silaria Campaign

Silaria is a beautiful continent that was once known for their beautfiul forests, rivers and mountains. Still a beautiful continent however most of the area has been overrun with vampires. Unknown to almost all except those in her close circle, Deina Krvna with the help of her patron Orcus has begun the evil work of creating a vampire race on Silaria. There are five countries in Silaria: Oriax, Thergos, Astar, Novar and Istharia. Deina has completely overrun the countries of Thergos and Oriax. She has begun her descent into Novar and Istharia. Astar is a fairly isolated country with a heavy cleric/paladin presence. In major cities around the countries she has influence in; there is a force that makes it difficult to cast leveled spells (there being a consequence for casting a higher level spell). Across all countries there are 9 major cities with there being a captial in each country as well as 21 minor cities scattered across all the countries. Deina has a powerful influence on the government in Thergos and Oriax with the potential to expand that influence to those in power of Novar and Istharia. Only the highest of the government are aware that Deina is in charge, everyone knows of her as the Unknown.
