E24: King of Hearts Report

Timber has his message that the leatherworker has my goods. Timber goes to check that out in the rain. Oz remains fast asleep upstairs.
Ash gets breaky, Alfred prepares american diner style breakfast. Tobias, Ash's Father, and Amgil is sitting at the table.
Timber retrieves his portable hole from the local leatherworker and decides to mess with him and tip 5G for fun.
Todd struggles to work on a potion this evening so he returns to town to get supplies. Amgil and Todd walk up on Timber, who they grab to come with.
Timber helps Todd remember the potion shopping list, offers him 100g to help pay for potion classes and supplies.
Stan Lee informs us that they need a sword. Todd leads the way. The blacksmith informs us it will take upwards of 6 hours to complete.
Tobias says to lock the door and keep us from entering. Ash asks why, and is met with "well, just watch who comes in"
As Ash locks the door, he hears a sizzle behind him. He readies a gun at a portal forming behind him.
From the portal steps out a clown. He has black triangles under his eyes, a frown, slicked back hair. The clown steps by Tobias "I'll be taking that hand of yours".
Ash shoots his shoulder, but he continues forward. Ash yells for Tobias to "run". and tries to stop the clown. The Clown's shadow climbs up his body and becomes a sword.
The clown then cuts off Ash's brother's gold hand. A new figure kills the clown after yelling out "bang" and creating a white mist.
The party returns blood on the floor in the mansion, Ash is panicked, there's white powdery/smoky gunk all over the floor.
We see King, an undead lad, a "squad zero" member. Protected Ash's father and wants to figure out what's going on.
**Dimir Castle has a pool**.
Ash calls Ula. Fills him in. Todd works on a potion real quick before the party regroups and leaves with King.
Todd fails his first potion, attempts to create another, drinks it, and then Todd feels like claws are ripping his neck/skull off. He collapses and throws up.
Everyone regroups, finally meeting Drathar at the driver's seat. Ash contacts Elsie ahead to inform her that we're on our way. We prepare to depart for Meteora.
Ula calls in while we're on the boat. Ula teleports our entire boat to Meteora.
We send the city into the sky. The party experiences zero gravity once again.
Drathar decides to spar with a random bird student. Absolutely demolishes him.
A bright orange sigil begins to open like a door, and the city passes through. It seems familiar. This is where Todd got his sword, the plane of Infernus. Timber has never been here. Ula is excited that the city successfully moved.
King is still with the party, everything in the material plane is still the same. Castle Dimir is "abandoned".
