The Seductress Jae Oublieé

Tonight the party, shortly after slaughtering 3 displacer beasts, was met with a new NPC
Narhazar. She shows up and gives a large sigh looking at
Paewsye laying on the ground unconscious and not breathing. She tries to wake up but no conventional means does the trick. She says a shot prayer to Lathander and he blesses Paewsye with life again. She checks in on the party to see how they're doing, because she knows that Paewsye is always getting into trouble and if there's others they may be hurt. Luckily, the rest of the party is injured, but sustainable and Narhazar casts cure wounds on Lilith and Healing word on Bonk and Rakhett (since they're too busy eating away at the fresh meat and they haven't eaten a large meal in a few days).
After Narhazar sees that everyone is standing and looks like they can walk, she scoffs and says that she's got to head back to the lab because >someone's got to take care of things<, leaving the party with Paewsye to walk back to the city. After some convincing, Paewsye is fine with the party body-guarding him on the way back to the town, but not without a down payment; 50 GP now, 150 GP when they reach the first town.
In another scene we were introduced to
Jae Oublieé. As she's walking down this path away from Shadycreek Run, she's met with a nightwatch-woman just taking her shift. The nightwatch-woman is very sexually interested in this bodacious elf walking towards her. She and the elf make flirtatious talk and head into the woods into a small campsite. Equippped with a lean-two shelter and a straw bed with animal skin covering, the nightwatch-woman prepares a very fancy meal and eventually heads into the shelter to quickly clean things up and prep for later. Suddenly, Jae is right behind her and they hit it off with over 2 hours of intimacy. Eventually the nightwatch-woman passes out on the bed and starts snoring, meanwhile Jae picks up her things and starts sifting through the woman's belongings. Taking almost everything, Jae leaves the woman alone and heads North along this path she was on.
The party reaches the edge of the forest and decide to make camp as at this point it is around midnight. In happenstance, Jae is on the other side of this river and notices the party setting up camp. Jae pretends to be a damsel in distress while trying to cross the bridge. Bonk goes to silence Jae, because Rakhett is sleeping and Bonk is unamused by this elf's 'distress' noises.
Jae eventually makes it across the bridge and meets up with Lilith and Bonk. This is all happening while Paewsye and Rakhett are sleeping. The next morning after an uneventful night, the tower that stood over 100ft tall in this middle of this river now has black smoke pluming out of it. It's too tall to see if it is a chimney or if the building is on fire. After curiosity strikes Bonk, he wants to know what's inside and starts hitting it with his axe because there's no handle; thinking that the axe could be used as a handle. After a few strikes the door seems extremely durable and isn't reacting like normal Wood. After a flopped Thunderclap spell, nothing appeared to happen. Jae casually attempted Thaumaturgy to 'burst all doors and windows open or shut' and the door flew open after hearing some tumblers clinking for several seconds.
Inside the Tower is some explosion craters in the floor and at the end of the hallway is a staircase column that looks like it has stairs going up and down....
