  The Enclave

  The Enclave is a collection of 9 countries who came together in times of strife to allow for them to continue their existence. The Enclave is ruled by what they call the Sovereign who acts more like the leader in wartimes and the person who settles arguments between the different governing bodies of the Enclave. The Enclave believes that their differences are what makes them stronger. One country’s strength makes up for others weaknesses and so the whole in made better. There are many factions within however who have different opinions and wish the Enclave to become more of a world power than just their current state.
