Fringe Belter with suspected ties to the Umbra, a pro OPA shadow organization of pirates and thieves that want to keep non belters from expanding in the Charon system. He is a guarded and superstitious man that will only open up to other belters and has an extreme dislike of earthers. -
Ava Hunt
Earth geologist assigned to the Earth science vessel studying the Styx asteroids. Only spends time on the Cerberus when she is receiving new equipments, supplies or sending out encrypted information pertaining to her findings. There's more than meets the eye with Ava Hunt, but the two traits most people enjoy the most are that she's discreet and methodical. Of course she's also sociable, gracious and flexible, but these are in a way balance by being treacherous as well. Her discretion though, this is what she's often admired for. People often count on this and her methodical nature when they're in need of support. Nobody's perfect of course and Ava has plenty of lesser desired aspects too. Her dominating nature and possessive nature pose plenty of problems and just affect all around negatively. Fortunately her methodical nature is usually there to soften the blows. -
Ban Tadao
aka "Chou" or butterfly. engineer of the dragonfly. New member of the OPA has family members that have ties to the gordian knot.[br] [br] He seeks to prove himself to his peers. -
Brom Mattix
An OPA representative and head administrator of the Cerberus. A gruff and to the point person, too busy for nonsense. Has been taking bribes to turn an eye on less than legal operations. -
Captain Malcolm Astlin
-belter trade ship captain -recently promoted OPA captain -Excited to captain his first ship -
Charlie Boothe
Belter who recently joined the OPA crew of the Cerberus. Has a good eye for detail and noticing things out of place. Young and eager to prove herself Really hates not knowing things or being kept out of the loop. -
Dexter Murphy
Martian engineer turned freelancer. Has several years of basic military training (martian reserves) Lost his job (and morale) after the Mars terraform project was scrapped. No long has a moral compass ans will work most jobs offered. Has an intense dislike of the rings for destroying his dream of a green Mars. Is actually a Gordian Knot member keeping tabs on activity in the Charon System. Takes jobs in order to gain more intel. -
Eldon Roberts
Earther Clergy and practicing physican stationed aboard the Cerberus. he's relaxed and precise. Of course he's also friendly, humble and brilliant, but those are often overshadowed by tendencies of being venomous as well. His relaxed nature though, this is what he's often admired for. People often count on this and his innovative nature whenever they need help. Nobody's perfect of course and Eldon has plenty of character faults too. His blunt nature and possessive nature tend to get in the way, much to the annoyance of others. Fortunately his precision helps prevent most of these grievances. He is fascinated with the 'ghosts' created by the protomolecule and curious if a person's soul is tethered to it.[br] [br] -
Enzo Hyden
Famous belter doctor Is the head doctor of the Cerberus. Often sends teams to the various planets to collect scans and samples from the locals. Is suffering from a blood disease and is looking for a cure. Is studying the effects of the Charon ring on the locals. Is looking for a way to help humanity adapt to the strange effects of the system. -
Ferris Kondo
Martian pirate and member of the Umbra. Lost his arms and sister in an accident. Lost his pension after losing arms, blamed for the accident. Lost the ability to find temp work after the Martians shut down the terraform project. Found by Anton and given care, a new pair of limbs and a new purpose in life. -
Herald Grison
Renowned (and notorious) belter pirate. Prefers to work alone hires crew temporarily. After a long and successful career in the outer belt he has turned his attention to making a name for himself in the Charon system. -
Ikaika Kekoa
martian marine with specialty in ship weapons. Quarter master of the martian controlled hangers of the Cerberus. Obsessed with training in high gravity. Resides in a hanger store room turned into a sleeping quarters. Has his exo armor in a locker but cannot fit in it anymore. -
Jamy Rason
Belter, OPA activist and engineer aboard the Cerberus. Knows how to fight but prefers to avoid combat if able. Prefers the (peaceful) chaos of the ships engine. PTSD from station massacre. -
John Rico
A martian commander that used to be on the Donnager but was transferred not long before the incidence. -
Kamaria Egwu
Data broker, owner of a popular bar on the Cerberus station. is fascinated with the oceans. Your character is annoyed by people prone to saying a particular phrase. -
Kieran Doyle
Retired Martian marine who was recently given a civilian liaison position on the Cerberus. It doesn't take long to dislike Kieran Doyle, but the fact he's obnoxious and tactless is just the tip of the iceberg. As if that's not enough he's also disrespectful, obsessive and inconsiderate, but at least they're not as bad due to intertwined habits of being elegant as well. But focus on his as this is what he's loathed. Any healthy relationship is made incredibly difficult because of this and his ignorance, but that may just be the nature of the beast. Fair is fair though, Kieran does have some endearing sides. He's empathetic and protective even if in small doses, it's not like we've encountered the devil. Unfortunately his tactlessness will forever be something to deal with. -
Leontiy Egorov
Belter muscle and master of boarding ships. Genetically modified and cybernetically enhanced. He often seems to either be quiet and thoughtful or a wild berserker. He has no fear of visiting the Cerberus. Often seen recruiting those worthy of his attention. -
Micah Veillon
Belter com agent and data broker. Runs a 'legit' business, but will sell information. Member of the OPA Has enough allies on the Cerberus to keep him out of the brig. Can not stand it when people stutter. Is secretly feeding information to the Gordian Knot (for a good amount of credits) Will turn against the Knot if properly motivated. -
Nayli Warren
aka Zo -belter trade ship XO officer -wants to unite everyone that lives in the fringe (not just opa) -is actually nicer than they look- -

a older belter that has reasons they have a special hatred of Pirates. -
Qin Ling
Ganymede born scientist. Expertise in cybernetics and augment implants 40 percent of their body replaced with augments after being involved in a shuttle accident. Is interested in the practical uses of the materials found in the Charon system. Willing to install or repair implants for a quick source of income. -
Rence Hayeson
Martian sensor specialist aboard the Cerberus. He maintains the ships' external sensors in relation to the surrounding asteroid belt and the deadly (and nearly invisible) astroids that make it up. Often they can find him plugged into their station terminal for hours on end. He lost his eyes after a ship accident and has cybernetic replacements. -
Resa Terrwyn
Earther crew member of a mining ship. Loves collecting things related to geology is prone to tinkering with things when worried. believes in mythological creatures. wants to take a new direction in life. -
Rianio Kera
A Honorbly discharged intel officer from the Martian Military. He carries himself in a supprising calm deminer with more patince then mose would give a Martian. -
Topher Prell
Belter mining ship pilot addicted to fungus made wine (ship wine) Owes a lot of money to pay off his ship. Is hiding from debt collectors while mining the Charon system. -

Active member of the OPA and representative aboard the Cerebus. He wears an OPA military uniform and carries a stunner. Waltim is searching for his lost brother who was one of the first ships to brave the new system. -
Zhou Xiaolian
Martian marine stationed aboard the Cerberus. Known for taking rotating shifts upon the Persephone. Young, idealistic and wanting to do her part. Has plenty of training exercises with top marks but has never been in an active engagement. -
Zina Voreva
Corporate representative of Diadochi Interstellar Transport. recently arranged the death of a rival, and is keeping a low profile Your character is annoyed by people prone to spacing out. is annoyed by factual inaccuracies. -
Zoey Brooke
belter ship medic offering services to crew. she's reflective and ambitious. Of course she's also responsive, methodical and kind, but they're less prominent and often intertwined with being treacherous as well. Her reflective thinking though, this is what she's most well-liked for. There are many times when friends count on this and her cooperation in times of need. Nobody's perfect of course and Brooke has plenty of less favorable characteristics too. Her criminal nature and thoughtlessness aren't exactly fun to deal with on often personal levels. Fortunately her ambitions is usually there to soften the blows. Your character is annoyed by people prone to fidgeting with things. Your character believes in conspiracies. While on Cerberus often seen at her small clinic in the main promonade or bargining for supplies in the deeper and seedier parts of the station.
