Arc 2 Session 1, Return to Port Nyanzaru Report

General Summary

The Grung Fuckers returned to Port Nyanzaru on the 10th of Tluhir (may) at night. They were smuggled into the town through the magical aid of Zindar the elderly Dragonfolk sorcerer that runs the dock. He smuggled them in for their own safety, to prevent anyone from finding them out. Zindar uses a massive lighthouse as his base of operation, an ancient fortified tower with an enchanted light at its tip. they were led below to a meeting room that snuffed out any magical effects. inside was Zindar and the leader of the Flaming Fists, Liara portyr. She gave the heroes magical necklaces that would defend them from attack. She also informed them that the full moon was coming and that her fortress was soon to be attacked. She wasn't worried for herself, but rather for the people of Nyanzaru who were in danger of being attacked by the enemy. not knowing what to do the party asked to meet with the merchant prince Zhanthi. When news of the free tribes being attacked she sent the entirety of her emerald enclave out to protect one of the tribes, her force was completely wiped out. the party were interested in finding out why.    The arranged meeting was set to occur in 2 days, during that time the party wanted to investigate the town to look for evidence of subterfuge by the enemy. the party split up, taking on disguises they headed into the outer rims of the town, looking for evidence. In Old Town they found soldiers prepping the pit as a staging zone. in Malar's Throat they found a few witches, and in Tiriki anchorage they found lycanthropes. the party decided to take down the lycanthropes, coming back in the dead of night. the battle was bloody and fierce but ended with the party successful, they had taken a goblin prisoner and interrogated him. They learned several villages were invading Port Nyanzaru, so there was plenty to do before then.

Everyone but Rip and Crowly have been infected with lycanthropy. Yexun was cured of it and now has the after-effecting fever from it. (day sickness post curse removal)
