Session XVI: The Cloud Peaks Report

General Summary

The players headed towards the Cloud Peaks. After 8,5 days travel they see a farm of trees. Above them fly multiple giant eagles. In the distance in between the trees walks a cloud giant. They follow the giant inside the village where they meet the village leader Dyrdiss. The party asks the village leader to see a slave and want to buy him from them . The Dyrdiss refuses both requests. She will allow the players to visit the mines and see whether or not the person they are looking for is in the mines on one condition. Kill the ogres and hill giant that have been luring around the base of the mountain. After a nights sleep and seeing how well guarded the mine is and Tylee's knowledge about the giant's convinces the party to kill the ogres and hill giant.   The party  head out and find the hill giant after 6 hours of travel. The giant has stepped into a trap and is stuck, while the other creatures around him attack the party. The hill giant soon joins, but is no match for the party, who make quick work of the creatures.
