Co-workers: Session 8 - The Head of the Dragon Report

General Summary

After traveling back from the Dwarven ruins dodging dangerous beasts. Only using a fish to defend themselves. The party returns to the dwarf of rocks. They presented the head of the half dragon. The dwarf rewarded them with a job well done. The reward is safe and fast travel to the city of Rojorio. Some unpleasant pleasantries were exchanged between the dwarf and the duergar. The dwarf did let the duergar pass.   The Co-workers arrived on the outskirts of Rojorio. They notice a sickness around the city. Apparent in their crops and in the water the way the citizens look as they come towards the gates. A town guard at the gate let them pass. Giving suspicious looks at Gabbro. They find themselves staying at the only inn in town. Abendlied reduced her price by doing a performance in the evening.   The party split. Abendlied and Mystery Owl had decided to shop in the industrial districts. While the remainder of the group went to the shopping district. each group attempted to haggle down the prices. But none were experienced hagglers.   The party reconvened. They went to the Golden Lady to meet with Egret Duncar. The Acolyte of Waukeen walked the party to Egret Duncar study. He was surprised to see you the party arrive so early. He explained to them the possible location of the the ruins. He also explains why he believes that is location. He mentions that three mysterious people materialized from a pool of liquid metal. These three people asked for each member of the party three different unusual questions. If they got the question wrong they were turned into a bowl of pudding. Abendlied skeptical of the bowl of pudding comment. Poked the bowl of pudding on the table. The pudding started talking trash to the person who poked it. The party convinced accompany them back to the forest.   Bob delivered a package to Herman Miller at the Dwarven Temple. The tavern is a dive bar filled with a fighting pit and is a rowdy scene.   Abendlied gave a stunning performance at the inn they were staying at. She got a standing ovation for her performance and a good amount of coin. She followed up that performance with an encore the next morning. She gave a dazzling performance denouncing warlord Zynn. She quickly ran out of town at the end of the performance.

Herman Miller - Completed

Bob was given a package to deliver to a man named Herman Miller in the city of Rojorio. After doing some investigation on the whereabouts of Herman Miller.He was formed that Herman Miller can be found at the Dwarven Temple. Bob met with Herman Miller and delivered the package.  

A New Delivery - New

Satisfied with Bob's handling of the previous package. Herman Miller assigned Bob another task. To deliver the scroll case. To a group outside of town. The scroll case had a symbol of a half skull with a zigzag underneath it.  

The Map Maker - Completed

Lord Jeffries and Lady McFey tasked the group to meet with Egret Duncar in the city of Rojorio.  

A Lead To The Elven Ruins - New

The Egret Duncar believes that the Elven ruins, that Lord Jefferies and Lady McFey are looking for, maybe located in the haunted forest. North of here toward the base of the mountain range. He believes that this is the place because of research and defenses around the haunted forest. Every time him and his group tried to cross into the haunted forest. They were assaulted by three mysterious creatures coming out of a pool of mercury. These creatures asked each member of the group questions, three obscure questions. Getting the question wrong. These creatures into a bowl full of pudding. On his last attempt to the forest. His group had succeeded answering all the questions. As they continue to explore the forest. They were assaulted by a group of Wolfman on dire wolves slaughtering everyone except for Egret. He managed to escape and return back to town.  

The Polluted River - Optional

Something is causing the town to be overrun with sickness. Freya and Gabbro determined that there's some kind of poison in the river. Some thing to do with the mining operation. Determined by Gabbro was familiar with poisons and pollutants from mining.

Abendlied Middle Finger

Abendlied did a wonderful performance in the center of town. Mocking the ruling a lord of the land, Lord Zynn. She ran off before she could pick up any of her tips or get arrested.
