4/17 Do Wrong Right Report

General Summary

Our heroes were confronted in Boyer by the Festering Family who said they were hired to bring the group back alive to a mysterious underground kingpin known as Deb.   After a brief scuffle, the group agreed to accompany the Festering Family back to Deb's. Braises, however, was not convinced and fled the scene before the guards arrived.    The rest of the party travled the two-day overland route to Rakmark with the Festering Family and spent some time getting to know a little bit about the strange group.    Meanwhile, Bryseis was hired as a guard for trading caravan headed for Rakmark, in exchange for free transportation.     Upon reaching Rakmark with the Festering Family, the rest of the party was introduced to Deb, a female halfling in charge of a criminal organization and underground nightclub. It turned out that the building our heroes burned down and robbed earlier, was actually a hidden entrance to her club.     Deb told our companions that she had a dream about them and the five-sided stone. She said  that her god The Astral Pilgrim was guiding her towards the stone, and for whatever reason, our group of heroes. Deb also told the group that there was mysterious things happening around the city, especially since the arrival of the king's new advisor, Svet.     Deb had heard rumors that things at Rockjaw Prison Camp where not all that they seemed. In order to build trust with our heroes, Deb asked the group to accompany her Kenku assistant, Clicks,  to retrieve Rockjaw's blueprints from a noble in the city.    Deb agreed with our heroes that the mysterious stones and the happenings in Rakmark must be related. She also told them that Feyath Lost-to-Stars , the king's youngest son, had went north to the The Order of the Sinking Moon to find more information about the stone and that he too had had dreams about them.    Only a few hours behind her friends, Bryseis entered the city and after some investigating, found a promoter signing up fighters for a high-stakes underground fight club. Believing the promoter would lead her to her friends, Bryseis followed the man and signed up as a fighter.
