Session 7: GUN FIGHT AT DOC'S HOUSE.

General Summary

The crew of the CSS Rising Shadow is split with three crew members on board the ship and three crew members in the town of Dodge city. Conan attempts to recover the robot made by Oswald only to be seen by the Deputy Marshal by the name of Festus. The strangeness of this alien creature draws the attention as he is looking at a red medium sized candy shell that looks like a M&M but with the letter K on them instead of M. This gun toting large piece of candy talked with a Kansas accent wearing the a vest with a tin star wearing cowboy boots and a cowboy had. He was carrying a shotgun as well. After a conversation with the deputy and captain Birdlerher it was decided that they would spend the night at the hotel. The deputy told them group of women who looked like them including their pets had been rescued by the Marshal and was being taken care of at Docs house outside of Dodge city. Vitruvius, Ronin, and Ferus stayed at Ms. Kitties hotel in Dodge city. The crew was also asked to turn in their guns while staying at Dodge City. Meanwhile the quick thinking of Oswald Smith saved the life of Rudolf as he ventured into the dark to seek out this mysterious chocolate bird. There was a growl of a large animal, but the light from inside the ship when the hatch was opened scared off whatever the creature was. Once inside the ship the captain, Oswald, and Rudolf slept on the ship. The three crew members were awoken by alarms from the ship as three strange looking aliens approached the ship armed with pistol and rifle slug throwers. These riders looked the same as the crew in Dodge city saw, but these guys were wearing red sashes. The Three strangers wanted the ship and they were there for the ship and they needed to surrender the ship or faces the consquences. Well after several minutes of gun fire and two dead aliens with one running off for safty the ship was fine. Captain Birdlerher did some research through Cortana to learn that the CSS Shenanigans had landed on this planet 180 days ago when they rescued several members of the Crew from the INS Dragonfly. The report had been redacted.   Back in Dodge city Marshal Dillion met with Vitruvius, Ronin, and Ferus for breakfast. The marshal had several questions about a murder that happened outside of town near the Docs house. A family was killed by strange weapons. Looking at the weapons in his office before having breakfast with the crew he was wanting to know of their whereabouts in the evening. Festus vouched for them then the conversation of the women was brought up and that confirmed that they were at Docs ranch house outside of Dodge. The Marshal agreed to take them to get these women and please get off the planet as soon as possible. He did not want a bunch of more questions about the aliens in his city. The people who were here before were supposed to keep this planet a secret to protect the Kayu. Then the deputy known as Mullie arrived into town at a full gallop running into the Marshals office saying that the Cowboys and two strange aliens had surrounded the Docs house and were demanding they release the females to them. Mullie had sent word to Tombstone to get the help of the Earp's and Doc Holiday. Marshal Dillion then asked for the three strangers for help and they galloped to Docs House.   Once there a gun fight broke out between the cowboys and there new found allies. The result of the gunfight turned out to be disastrous as the Kayu turned out to be tougher than they looked and the captain had the best armor a cilivian could have making it difficult for the crew to take down as well. Vitruvius and Ronin combat skills were put to the test. Oswald was severely wounded by the sniper and is hanging on deaths door step. Captain Magmarnar was able to get him in low birth so that he would bleed to death. The warrior prince known as Ferus was also taken down a notch as he was wounded as well. The realization that the crew members needed to purchase some kind of armor for least were there ship uniforms that would have given them some protection. Once several Kayu cowboys were taken out and the captain and assassin were killed the rest of the cowboys jumped on their horses and ran away. Now the crew must gather keep their wits look for the missing crew members and the Mark that they were sent here to do. Then fly back to Drinax to find out what is next on the Agenda.
