Session 1 ISS Andromeda Reporting for Duty. Report

General Summary

Star Date Thirday, 249 1105 3I: High Port Tobia has seen 13,000 military personal moving  through the port in the last 14 days. Never in the history of the Tobia Starport has this much military personal moved through its port. Not even when the Navel Depot Omega was first opened in the year 50 of the Third Imperium. Citizens of the subsector are asking questions and getting no answers. The four frontier wars have not even had this much military movement. The IncSoc star journal has even sent reporters to try and find out what is going on.  Some citizens think the The Third Imperium is going to invade. Some citizens think the Zhondani are starting another war in Trojan Reach this time instead of the Spinward Marches.  Some citizens fear the Aslan Ihatei are looking to expand there territory into the Trojan Reach. Other rumors have suggested an old power attempting to regain its former glory. Other fear a new unknown power moving in the Reach. The Subsector Duke Gabriel Ducal still recovering from the fall out of the Operation Overshadow. Where five prominent family members getting life sentence for betrayal along with the execution of three high ranking admirals has been silent as well. Recent rumors of a missing Duchess from one the prominent families does not help either. What the Citizens don't know is that Navy depot Omega had a major reconstruction project which has changed the way it will operate. Rumors for both military and cilivians is that the 204th fleet is getting new ships. No ships have been seen yet. Ingsoc is even reporting that no capitial ships have been seen in two weeks.  The base is at DEFCON 4 meaning only Military personal is allowed on base. The military personal are not even allowed to leave the base. The personal that are transferring to other bases are not telling reporters anything when they come to Tobia High Port Omega to transfer to other Navy Depots. So many question no answers.
