General Summary
6 Desnus (May) 4725 The morning started as many in Ravengro did - with a robbery that the locals did not want to get involved with. Today, that was not the case, as Vaz'non, Alfie Budd and Green Leaf noticed that the locksmith shop of Theldrat Meldorp appeared to be being robbed. Feirnar and Cal were joined by Tike Myson to join the investigation. Inside, two initiates of the Green Dagger gang were trying to find something of value to steal. They were shown the error of their ways via a nasty beating. Sheriff Wilhelm Clemence and his deputy Freyja arrived on the scene and questioned the thieves. The heroes continued the interrogation and learned that a half-orc named Irontusk offered them a try-out with the Green Dagger gang. Irontusk robbed the Locksmith shop and told the two thieves that they could pick the place clean before meeting up with him at their hideout. Sherif Clemence also questioned them about a robbery the night before. A book had been stolen from the Church of Pharasma, and the sheriff wanted to know if they were involved. They were not aware of that robbery. Theldrat offered a reward to the heroes if they would retrieve the item Irontusk stole - a key that had great sentimental value to him. If they brought back the key, Theldrat would be willing to pay them for their troubles. The party tracked down the Green Daggers' hideout - an old manor in the Barge District along the lake. They began sweeping the building, meeting minor resistance until they reached the manor's old ballroom. A woman was waiting for them - one of the senior members of the Green Daggers. She managed to drop Tike and Feirnar unconscious before finally being killed. The heroes gathered themselves, patched up as best they could, and looked at the stairs. Who - or what - was waiting for them?
