Kattarin Lives!

Something is wrong in the city of Essen. Terribly wrong. Travelers report of an ill wind on the air and within the walls of the Lady Gisella Monastery, the chaste and holy oracle Brunhilde The Devout sleeps uneasily. Tormented by dreams of blackened green tendrils wrapping themselves around the heart of the Ostermark city, the young sister has sought out her patron, Arch Lector Johan Krauss. Beseeching him for aid, Brunhilde begs the Arch Lector to send someone to the city to investigate. Heeding her warning, messengers are dispatched in secret to the Sigmarite Church in Essen.

Fearing treachery from within the church, the Arch Lector has called upon The Valkyrie of Wissenland, a witch hunter who walks on the fringes of the church and with a reputation for investigating before lighting the pyres.
