Two years have passed since the Lokken Mechanists, the Humans of the United Nations of Earth and the Scyldari have come together, looking to safeguard the future of the Orion Spur and environs by uniting their forces into a federation.   Now, with dangers all around, the new Federation Intelligence Bureau is recruiting some of the best, smartest or downright meanest people around to keep that dream of peace going even as conflict encroaches all around.
