Session 7: Judgement of the Forest Report

General Summary

As morning dawned on the Travaasa Chapel, the party met with the dryad Nikaia who presides over the fey. Nikaia demand a penance payment of 100 pounds of honey and Wella to punish as she desired. At the bequest of Happy and Rhiannon, Nikaia agrees to spare Wella, with the only punishment being that she may never again leave the Vezdaweald. As part of the exchange, the party learned more of a strange being that dwelt in the mountain, hording knowledge, magic, and secrets, though not even Nikaia knows the identity of this ancient creature. The party also asked for passage through the jungle, Nikaia was unwilling to grant it, but did provide the party with Vailily as a guide to the edge of the woods. Enroute, the party was set on by a pack a raptors, though they managed fend them off.
