The City of Rodwira
Rodwira is a sprawling metropolis settled between a bay connected to a warm water ocean and a snowy-peaked mountain. The city itself, combined with its surrounding lands, make the state large enough that some debate that it should actually be called a small country. Its self-sufficiency and rich lands make it a hotspot for tourists and adventuring parties, giving it a diverse mix of races, classes, and cultures.
