Session 7: Who's visiting? Report
General Summary
The Next Morning
The party wakes up and meets in the center of town as planned. After some brief small talk about their night,
Nyx Skouros and
Ottie telling how they made bread with their children and
Noah recounting the story of how he met a doctor and went home with him, they decide to enact their plans.
Luna watches as
Clarissa Caldwell wakes up and heads straight to
Gilda's Gambling Hall to start her work day. She then reports back to
Ottie and
Linx about what she saw, and they decide that
Ottie will continue to keep watch while
Luna and
Linx head to the bar to "meet their friends."

Once the party (minus
Ottie ) are in the bar, they order a few drinks and then decided to ask
Clarissa Caldwell if she will take some shots with them. She agrees, as it's not like half the staff here isn't a little toasted anyway, and the begin a game of two truths and a lie in an attempt to gather information. Through this game they discover that
- Able Murkdagger wants guildylocks
- Clarissa Caldwell doesn't want to sell her lambs wool in order to get out of town, but she does want to leave town to sell the wool
- She has hidden bundles of the wool all over town.
While the game is being played,
Ottie spies a very ornate black carriage roll into town with 4 henchmen on it. He sends a bird to peck at
Nyx Skouros and alert him of this, at which point the party thanks
Clarissa Caldwell for the game, says they will see her tomorrow and heads for town. Once there they see the cairrage pull up outside
Patrice Murkdagger's house, and out comes
Able Murkdagger. They send
Luna to listen to the conversation under the window and she overhears
Able Murkdagger shake
Patrice Murkdagger down for money, and then call him a worthless piece of trash before flopping down on the couch.
Rewards Granted
- confirmation of 1/2 a bolt of lambs wool from Clarissa Caldwell should they successfully deliver her
- 200 GP a piece if they steal the songs for Preet Slyfoot, 100 GP upfront if they can show all of themselves at once.
