After your previous spider filled adventure, most of the group decides to get some much need rest and relaxation at the Far Chair Inn. A local overhears your conversation about the spiders. He claims to have been a smith in a previous life that crafted the most extraordinary armor from exotic materials. Thanks to the spider appendage that Bilge brought back, he believes he can use the webbing to craft a veritable suit of armor that grants protection against the threats of the west marches. However, his tools are stowed away at his old workshop that have been taken over by some manner of beasts. If you recover his tools he should be able to begin the work on such an armor.
Riverrun has been expecting the Ruby Merchant Caravan for the past 3 days. The caravan is a wealth of knowledge about the goings-on from the eastern lands as well as a procurer of seemingly unobtainable items in this region of the world. The area surrounding the village is dominated by thick woodlands, dense enough to conceal the many groups of bandits that roam about. The villagers fear that the caravan has had an encounter with one of such groups or that the native wildlife may have gotten in the way.
