Session III: The Town of Springhead Report
General Summary
The party arrived in the Town of Springhead and went to the local tavern to get a drink. Next they can check out what the town offers the party.
At the town hall they can sell the heads of slain monsters to a assigned clerk the Town Hall has put in place.
On the market (3) or near the Town Hall (1) is a Community Board where the party can see what is going on around or in the town. The following things are on the community board:
- A bounty has been set on a Troll that was last seen west of Springhead.
- A bounty has been set on a Hill Giant that was last seen south of Springhead.
- Seeking Aid: A local farmer seeks help with a rat infestation in one of his barns.
- Day Labor: A townsman home was broken down in a fire and needs help rebuilding it.
- Monster Trouble: This is just like the letter some party members got before the start of the campaign.
- Help Wanted: A local hunter needs help with catching a special kind of creature.
- Thief Problem?: A badly drawn sketch of Blar with the text describing a goblin that try and steal some valuble items from a store. This piece of paper warns the citizens of the town of this thief.
- Ale Drinking Contest: At the local Inn is a Ale Drinking Contest that will take place this evening.
- Job Listing: A wealthy collector is seeking brave individuals to delve into an old and treacherous dungeon. The rewards for successful completion are great, but only the skilled need apply.
- Help!!: A wealthy merchant is offering a substantial reward for the safe return of his missing wife, who is believed to be held captive in a nearby dungeon. Rescue experience and combat skills necessary.
In the Guild Hall (5) are weapons and armor to be found. Here you can buy and sell armor and weapons.
