Feral is wearing a borrowed wetsuit, which does not fit her perfectly. She is no longer sodden, but still damp. She looks anxious -- her ears point outward flat from the sides of her head, her eyes are wide and her mouth is downturned.
She may be sitting in a chair made of Zircon. That seems unlikely. Probably it's a chair made of a resin meant to look like zircon? Other furniture in the underwater room behind her also looks like it was carved from gemstones, which is just as unlikely.
To Feral's right can be seen the bricks of a retaining or support wall through the ocean water of a rectangular hole built into the room floor.
