Be careful: deleting an article is irreversible—once it’s done, there’s no way to get it back.
All articles, regardless of their template, can be deleted in the same way. Follow these steps:
- Access the article in edit mode as you usually would.
- Click on the “Preferences” tab at the top of the page.
- Use the “Delete” button at the bottom. The browser will prompt you to confirm—click “Ok” to proceed or “Cancel” if you change your mind.
- The article will be deleted
How to quickly mass-delete articles in your world
If you want to delete multiple articles in one go, use these steps instead:
- Access the article manager by clicking Articles in the left sidebar.
- In the middle column, you can see a list of articles—each with a delete button on the far right.
- Click the button and then click the green confirmation button to confirm that you want to delete your article.
Your article will be deleted immediately once you click the confirmation button—the page won’t reload—so you can delete multiple articles without having to wait for the page to reload each time.
