How to use text alignment options in your articles

A great way to make your articles more interesting to look at is by using different paragraph layouts! Here's how to change text alignment in your articles.

 

Basic text alignment

With the WYSIWYG editor, changing text alignmnent is as easy as using the editor toolbar buttons. With BBCode, you can use these four tags for the standard alignment options:

 
[left]This is aligned to the left (default alignment).[/left]
This is aligned to the left (default alignment).


[right]This is aligned to the right.[/right]
This is aligned to the right.


[center]This is aligned in the center.[/center]
This is aligned in the center.


[justify]This text is justified (i.e. lines will be stretched so they all have the same length).[/justify]
This text is justified (i.e. lines will be stretched so they all have the same length).
 

Advanced options

There some additional options beyond the standard alignments. Here are they:

[concol]This will create wide margins at both sides of the paragraph.[/concol]

[rtl]You can use these tags for right-to-left writing systems.[/rtl]
