When trying to change the payment method website askes me to enter the email connected to the account. After that im supposed to get an email with further instructions but it never came (I tried 5 times).

Steps to Reproduce

1. open account settings 2. "manage your subscription" 3. "update payment details" 4. enter the right email and click "continue" 5. the email does'nt come
